Jenna Charlotte Spatz

Jenna C. Spatz is an extremely talented attorney, whose courtroom skills, writing, endearing personality, deep interest in the welfare of the client, and quick assessment and analysis of factual and legal issues, give clients confidence that their cases will get immediate and thorough attention.  Additionally, Jenna leaves no stone unturned in her analyses of the legal issues facing our cases.  She is regularly lauded by clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary for her instant recall and her ability to focus on key factual and legal issues central to the case.

Jenna is a Certified Family Law Specialist certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Jenna is also qualified and has been appointed by several courts to serve as Minor’s Counsel to represent children in high conflict custody and visitation matters.

Jenna is the 2018-2019 Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association-Family Law Section, and has been named as a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers.

Jenna graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Broadcast Communication. Her Juris Doctor degree is from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.  She served as a judicial extern to Judge Mark Borenstein the Family Law department of the Los Angeles Superior Court for two years, and has extensive research and writing experience in numerous areas of family law, child custody, visitation, and entertainment law.

Jenna completed the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association’s Interdisciplinary Training Program, and is a member of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
